platforms. A High Performance Computer System (HPCS) serves as a platform for the latest in Software Defined Radio (SDR) technology to provide the warfighter with simultaneous communications between multiple platforms. The SDR utilizes cognitive algorithms to maximize spectrum management efficiency. |
